Pre Sales Specialist

To take charge of activities carried out before customer acquisition that have a significant impact on the company's bottom line and performance. Using effective sales strategies, companies convert customers, enhance their customer experience and improve their client relationship. Our ideal candidate who are understand and draw up a customer requirement and recommend the right products or services to the customers.

Responsibilities

  • To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
  • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders
  • Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
  • Respond to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers
  • Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers
  • Analyze market potential before launching any product or service
  • Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers
  • Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development frame work
  • Other tasks required by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Pre-Sale or similar role within 2 years.
  • Good at speak English.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of current security issues and technologies concerning the industry, together with a demonstrable interest in keeping abreast with technical developments in this field
  • Understanding of the lower-level workings of VPN technologies including IPSEC and MPLS VPNs
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departments such as sales, operations and product dwevelopment
