IT Project Manager (PMO)

This position ensures the proper project execution and project management standards. Facilitates the transition to project to the operations organization/ teams. Identifies the project's goals, objectives, and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. Setting and managing the project's plan based on client needs and wants and understanding the risks of the project and delicate specific tasks to team members. 

Main responsibilities

  • Prepare and setting the system configuration to set the new product or packages
  • Conducting DB related tasks, such as, getting data for reporting, changing the product/ package setting, etc
  • Prepare the KPI report to related departments
  • Proceed the plan to improve and optimize the operation works
  • Set member tasks plan and support team members
  • Determine and define project scope, objectives, roles & responsibilities
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery Work in a fast-paced environment, manage quality expectations against deadlines and keep your team motivated under pressure
  • Implement quality assurance practices and follow SOPs to ensure quality is maintained and a consistent product is delivered
  • Maintain and build effective business relationships
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Bachelors / Masters in the fields of computer science preferred or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of IT related system development & project management experience: The candidate should have extensive experience managing IT projects, including experience with project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in telecom industry: The candidate should have experience working in the telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of the industry's unique challenges and requirements.
  • Fluent in English communication: The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Billing and CRM systems: The candidate should have experience working with billing and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, with a deep understanding of the billing process and the role of CRM in supporting customer billing and support.
  • Experience leading the projects with a proven track record of delivering projects on time with high quality.
