HR and Administration Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Administration Manager to oversee and coordinate our
administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be
adept at managing HR processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting our management
team with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and streamline administrative activities to ensure operational excellence.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Oversee payroll functions and ensure accurate and timely processing.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations and resolve issues effectively.
Lead and develop the HR and administration team to achieve departmental goals.
Oversee monthly bill payments, including SSB contributions, utilities (electricity, water),
and other recurring expenses.
Manage annual licenses, property leasing contracts, and subscriptions (insurance,
UMFCCI memberships).
Administer office utilities, including water, electricity, phone services, internet, and office
software.
Manage fixed assets and ensure accurate inventory control.
Coordinate stock control and purchase required office supplies.
Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Organize and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company
documents.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, price, quantity, and delivery terms;
collect and evaluate at least three quotations for comparison.
Provide support to the management team and assist with government-related business
matters.
Occasionally support in obtaining car passes for events and meetings.
Job Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s degree with Dip in Human Resources or Management, Business or a
related field
Minimum of five years of experience in an HR management role.
Proven expertise in business and organizational planning.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, policies, employment laws, and government
regulations.
Successful track record in managing employee relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
Strong understanding of SSB processes, payroll procedures, and government licensing.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
