JOB SUMMARY:

The PROJECT MANAGER for BI Renewal is responsible for Supporting/ Overseeing the BI renewal project(RFP ~ System Implementation), ensuring that Project Schedule, Process and related deliverable. This role involves planning, managing, and executing system renewal, coordinating with various stakeholders, and leading a team of BI members. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive experience in system implementation project management. We have knowledge of Business Intelligence system including technical specifications, Infra. This PROJECT MANAGER need to cooperate with each members and complete Project.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management:
  • Create Project schedule based on the company's regulations/ Process.
  • Define/Validate the scope, objectives, and deliverables of each process.


  • Team Leadership:
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.


Contract / Budget:

  • Manage project budget.
  • Review Contract with Legal team.


Communication and Reporting:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and senior management.
  • Prepare and present reports, approval materials.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project lead, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in system implementation projects.


Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Requirements:

 Any Bachelor’s degree with Dip in Human Resources or Management, Business or a

related field

 Minimum of five years of experience in an HR management role.

 Proven expertise in business and organizational planning.

 In-depth knowledge of HR principles, policies, employment laws, and government

regulations.

 Successful track record in managing employee relations.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
