Responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the test center. This role involves overseeing test administration, ensuring compliance with testing protocols, and providing excellent customer service to test takers.

Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling and handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, processing paperwork, and approving official documents
Enforce test center policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards such as: ID verification, security, and academic integrity, etc
Directly proctor or supervise test activities
Have to communicate with exam sponsors depending on their request
Have to update Exam software when the needs arrived
Always prepare exam accessories and test the pc / other exam necessary machines a day before the exam
Handle issues and resolve the problem

Must Have

Must be fluent in English both verbal and written
Must be flexible in work hours and days
Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment

Nice to have

Having experience in relate filed
Strong communication skills
