Responsibilities

To manage and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure (Billing Network & Servers)
To review IT architecture design documents for system changes and the operation procedure for development and system maintenance.
To evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to system users.
To negotiate the integrations with adjacent systems and oversee the development of customized software/hardware requirement.
To oversee the constant availability of technical resources and review statistics of system resources for performance and reliability.
To support the functional development process for planning, reviewing, technical feasibility, development, implementation and launching the product.
To be able to fix the problem immediately and create the counter measure in case of the occurrence of issues after service/product launched

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, or network operations.
Experience in Telecom will be preferable.
Proven experience with system architecture, network design, and server management.
Experience in supporting, maintaining, optimizing billing networks and other critical systems.

Nice to have

Additional languages
Experience in Telecom will be preferable.
Strong analytical skills
