We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Administration Manager to oversee and coordinate our administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing HR processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting our management team with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and streamline administrative activities to ensure operational excellence
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, and exit processes
- Oversee payroll functions and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and resolve issues effectively
- Oversee monthly bill payments, including SSB contributions, utilities (electricity, water), and other recurring expenses
- Manage fixed assets and ensure accurate inventory control
- Organize and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Provide support to the management team and assist with government-related business matters
Must Have
- Any Bachelor’s degree with Dip in Human Resources or Management, Business or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in an HR management role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, policies, employment laws, and government regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
