Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping: Recording all accounting transactions
- Managing cash: payments, invoices, expenses, sales commissions
- Managing income and expenditure
- Preparing budget and forecasts
- Managing accounting cycle: Publish financial statements and annual closings
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Ensuring timely bank payments
- Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
Must Have
- Over 5 years of working experience as an Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Odoo
- Experience preparing payroll information
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with general ledger functions
